Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms
 
Full Refund Period

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund available minus processing fees

  • Refunds will be processed and issued by Electrifying Games LLC within 5-7 business days of approval. Once issued, refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time (typically 3-10 business days) for your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, credit card company, etc.) to complete the refund to your account

 
Partial Refund Period

  • 2-14 days before event: Cancellation permitted with 30% of payment retained, plus processing fees deducted from refund

  • In this case, 70% of original payment, minus processing fees, will be processed and issued by Electrifying Games LLC within 5-7 business days. Once issued, refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time (typically 3-10 business days) for your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, credit card company, etc.) to complete the refund to your account

No Refund Period

  • Within 48 hours of event: No refunds permitted

  • All payments are final during this period

 
Rescheduling Terms
 
Rescheduling Window

  • More than 7 days before the event: Rescheduling possible with no fees

  • Within 7 days of event: Rescheduling available for a 10% fee plus processing fees

  • Rescheduling is limited to one time only per event registration

  • Subject to availability of alternate dates and times

Rescheduling Restrictions

  • Within 48 hours of the event: No rescheduling permitted

  • Once you have rescheduled an event registration, no further schedule changes are allowed

 
Adding or Removing Participants
 
Adding Participants

  • Additional participants may be added to your booking subject to availability

  • Contact us to confirm availability and pricing before your event date

  • Additional participant fees must be paid in advance

  • Group size may affect Storyteller allocation and availability

 
Removing Participants

  • Participants may be removed from your booking according to the cancellation timeframes above

  • Storyteller Impact: If removing participants reduces your group size in a way that affects the number of Storytellers required (groups of 8), the cost of the additional Storyteller will be deducted from any refund. Storyteller cost varies depending on event type and is specified on the booking page

 
Participant Changes

  • For all participant additions or removals, contact us as early as possible

  • The closer to your event time, the harder it may be to accommodate participant additions. Please be sure to notify us of changes as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests

  • Please keep in mind that last-minute participant additions or removals may impact team sizes

 
Important Notes

  • Minimum Booking Requirement: Refunds cannot reduce your total payment (processing fees not included) below our minimum booking amount (amount specified on booking page and varies for each event)

  • All timeframes are calculated from the scheduled event start time

  • Processing fees are non-refundable and may vary by payment method and amount

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only

  • This policy applies to all event registrations and bookings
